Q: Will I be notified when my product has shipped?
A: Yes! You will receive an email with the tracking number(s) when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the shipper to update their tracking information!
Q: What are normal shipping costs?
A: We are offering free shipping and returns for our U.S. customers. If you would like your candle faster than economy shipping, you may choose expedited shipping at checkout for a fee.
Q: What should I do if I want to order multiple candles and send them to different people?
A: Easy! The gifting process is very simple. Add the candles to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. If you have multiple addresses that you would like your gifts sent to, check the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" box at the top left corner of the checkout page. This will allow you to checkout once without having to create multiple orders!
Q: How do I add a gift message if I'm ordering these as gifts?
A: On the checkout page, click the checkbox at the bottom right labeled "Is this a gift?" and enter your note! We will print out your note and send it with your gift order!
